Campaign Execution, Website Design & Social Media Management
Initially, I designed a Squarespace website for KCC, but later transitioned to a Square website after developing a Square POS dashboard for the small business. This change created a more seamless, efficient, and user-friendly B2C experience, enabling eCommerce and order-ahead functionalities.
I also strategically executed a holiday raffle campaign featuring merchandise I designed on Canva and uploaded to Printful, a made-to-order third-party platform. The items were available for purchase on the KCC website, resulting in a 7% increase in sales.
Before my involvement, KCC had virtually no social media presence aside from an X (formerly Twitter) account. I launched new profiles on Instagram and Facebook and redesigned the X account for consistent branding across all channels. Using Meta Business Suite, I measured impact, scheduled posts, managed paid advertisements, and grew KCC’s audience to over 17k.

BRAND MANAGEMENT
When I joined Kathy’s Coffee Corner (KCC), the business had minimal branding beyond a simple menu. To elevate the brand’s presence, I spearheaded a comprehensive rebrand, beginning with a redesigned menu that featured:
A bold, authentic logo
A QR code linking to KCC’s Instagram page, and the URL to its website
A cohesive brand identity package, including unique fonts and a refined color palette
This rebrand gave Kathy’s Coffee Corner a polished, professional image, creating a stronger connection with its target audience.
